STEP 1: INITIAL EXPLORATION (Week 1-2)
What Happens:
You fill out our franchise interest form. We send you an information packet with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), financial projections, and operational overviews.
You have an initial conversation with our franchise development team. This is casual. We're figuring out if we're aligned. You're figuring out if this makes sense for your goals.

Ask anything. We're an open book. If we don't answer clearly, that's a red flag on us, not you.

STEP 2: DETAILED OPPORTUNITY ANALYSIS (Week 3-6)
What Happens:
You receive the complete Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and our franchise agreement. Take time to review.
You meet with our team for deeper conversations about operations, finances, and support. We discuss site selection criteria and market potential in your target location.
Optionally, you visit our Sharjah location. See the operation firsthand. Talk to staff. Meet customers. Understand how this actually works on the ground.
Your Action Items:
Review all franchise documents carefully
Discuss with a franchise attorney (we recommend this)
Run the numbers with your accountant
Do your own market research in your target location
Timeline: 3-4 weeks
Investment at This Stage: None. If you choose to visit Sharjah, you cover travel costs.
STEP 3: FRANCHISE AGREEMENT & COMMITMENT (Week 7-8)
What Happens:
You sign the franchise agreement. This is the official commitment. We're partners now.
You pay the franchise fee (part of your initial investment). We begin detailed planning for your location and launch.
We provide site selection support. We have criteria we know work. Mall locations with high foot traffic. Central locations. Demographics that match our target customer. We guide you through this.
Timeline: 1-2 weeks
Investment at This Stage: Franchise fee paid (included in initial investment)
STEP 4: SITE SELECTION & LEASE NEGOTIATION (Week 9-20)
What Happens:
This is often the longest part because you're finding the right real estate and negotiating terms. We'll help with analysis and strategic advice.
Once you've identified a site, we'll review it. We'll do a financial analysis. Sometimes great locations appear initially but don't make financial sense. We help you see clearly.
You negotiate the lease. We provide guidelines on what lease terms work best for entertainment venues.
Timeline: 12-13 weeks (this depends heavily on real estate market in your location)
Investment at This Stage: None from us, but you're investing time and exploring real estate options
STEP 5: DESIGN & BUILD-OUT (Week 21-26)
What Happens:
You've signed the lease. Now we design your venue. We provide:
Architectural and design guidance
Equipment specifications and sourcing
Layout optimization based on our proven model
Safety and compliance requirements
You work with local contractors and designers. We advise. We don't control this (you own the location), but we ensure it meets our standards.
Timeline: 6-8 weeks
Investment at This Stage: Major capital deployment for build-out and equipment
STEP 6: TEAM RECRUITMENT & TRAINING (Week 20-26, overlapping with build-out)
What Happens:
You begin hiring your management team and staff. We provide:

Role descriptions and competency profiles
Training programs and certifications
Your team goes through our comprehensive training program. This covers operations, safety, customer service, marketing execution, and systems management.
Timeline: 4-6 weeks (overlapping with build-out)

STEP 7: SOFT OPENING & LAUNCH PREPARATION (Week 27-30)
What Happens:
Your venue is built. Equipment is installed. Staff is trained. You do a soft opening to test systems.
We're there supporting you. Our operations team helps identify any issues. You fix them. You refine processes. You make sure everything works before the big public launch.
Marketing campaign begins. We execute our proven digital marketing strategy. You start building awareness and pre-bookings.
Timeline: 3-4 weeks
Investment at This Stage: Marketing expenses, soft opening costs
STEP 8: GRAND OPENING (Week 31)
What Happens:
You open. We're alongside you for the launch period providing intensive support.
First 90 days are critical. We monitor performance, help with any operational issues, and ensure you're executing the marketing plan.
