ARE YOU THE
PERFECT CANDIDATE?
Entertainment franchises aren't automated. You're running a venue where families, teenagers, and corporate groups show up. You need to genuinely care about their experience.
Red Flag: Investor mindset only. "Just tell me the ROI." That's not how this works.
Green Flag: You've managed hospitality, retail, or service businesses. You understand that systems and people create results.
We provide the playbook. You execute it. That requires attention to detail, systematic thinking, and follow-through.
Red Flag: Entrepreneur type who wants to do everything "your way." Our way works. That's why we're offering it.
Green Flag: You're comfortable implementing proven systems. You see value in documentation and repeatable processes.
This isn't a cheap investment. You need AED 1.5M-2.5M depending on location. More importantly, you need to be comfortable with that capital being deployed and locked in for 2-3 years before major returns.
Red Flag: You're looking for quick returns or flipping this in 18 months.
Green Flag: You're thinking 5-10 year partnership. You understand franchising is a long-term play.
Whether you're hands-on or hiring a manager, you need to be able to lead. That might mean handling staff conflicts, customer complaints, or operational challenges.
Red Flag: You're uncomfortable with people management.
Green Flag: You've led teams. You know how to set expectations and hold people accountable.
You're Marketing-Ready
We provide the digital marketing playbook. You need to execute it. That means understanding social media, comfortable with Google Ads and Meta campaigns (or hiring someone who is), and committed to consistent marketing execution.
Red Flag: You think "opening will draw customers." No. Marketing brings customers. Full stop.
Green Flag: You understand that marketing is as important as operations. You're ready to invest in it.
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
Prior experience in these areas is valuable:
Retail or Hospitality Management
If you've managed a retail location, restaurant, gym, or hotel, you understand customer experience and operations. This is highly valuable.
Entrepreneurship / Business Ownership
You understand business fundamentals, financial management, and the commitment required.
Marketing or Digital Marketing
You don't need this, but if you've run marketing campaigns, managed social media, or worked with agencies, you have an advantage.
Sales or Customer Service
Any experience in customer-facing roles gives you perspective on what drives retention and satisfaction.
But Here's What We Really Value
Honesty about what you don't know. Tell us your strengths and weaknesses. We'd rather know upfront what support you need.
Coachability. You're smart. You built something. But you're coming into our system. That requires humility and willingness to follow the playbook.
Execution mentality. Not perfectionism. Not overthinking. Actually getting things done, learning from results, and iterating.
FINANCIAL QUESTIONS
Investment Capacity
You need AED 1.5M-2.5M in liquid or accessible capital. This covers franchise fee, build-out, equipment, working capital, and launch marketing.
Personal Investment
We want you to have skin in the game. This shouldn't be borrowed money or OPM (other people's money). You're personally invested.
Operating Capital
Plan for 6-12 months of operating costs until you reach positive cash flow. You need capital buffer for payroll, rent, utilities, marketing, and contingencies.
Financial Management
You need to understand basic financial statements. Profit & loss. Cash flow. You don't need to be an accountant, but you need financial literacy.
PERSONAL QUALITIES THAT MATTER
Resilience
First year is hard. You'll have slow months. System failures. Staff turnover. Can you stay committed during tough periods?
Patience
Franchising isn't overnight success. Year 2 and 3 is when real profitability emerges. Can you stay committed through growth phase?
Systems Thinking
You understand that consistency comes from systems, not heroics. You're not trying to be the hero. You're building the system and the team.
Community Mindedness
You genuinely want to build something in your community. You care about customers, staff, and the place you're creating.
