We provide recruitment guidelines, role descriptions, and competency profiles. You handle hiring with our guidance.
First year requires significant involvement. Plan 40-60 hours per week. As your management team strengthens, this can decrease to 30-40 hours. Many franchisees hire a general manager who handles day-to-day operations.
Ongoing operational support, quarterly business reviews, marketing guidance, staff training updates, continuous improvement recommendations, and access to other franchisees for peer learning.
Yes. We provide the digital marketing playbook, system setup, and execution guidance. You implement or hire someone to execute.
We have a 24/7 support line for operational issues. For strategic questions, you have regular check-ins with your franchise support person.
Yes. Your franchise agreement grants exclusive rights within your defined territory. We won't place another Altitude Arena in your exclusive area.
Yes. If you're successful and want to expand, we support multi-unit franchisees. This is outlined in our franchise agreement.
Territory agreement allows some flexibility for relocation depending on specific circumstances. Discuss this during franchise development.
You can't arbitrarily move, but if circumstances significantly change and a better location becomes available in your territory, we discuss possibilities.
