What's the total investment required?

AED 1.5M - 2.5M depending on location, size, and activity mix.

What does the franchise fee cover?

Site selection guidance, design and architectural support, training program, initial marketing strategy, technology systems setup, and ongoing support.

Do you finance or provide capital?

We don't provide financing. We recommend speaking with local banks and financial institutions about franchise financing options. Many do support well-structured franchise opportunities.

What's the payback timeline?

Realistic payback is 2.5-3.5 years depending on location performance and operational execution. This isn't guaranteed, but it's based on our Sharjah location data.

Are there other ongoing fees?

Yes. Marketing fund contribution and technology fees. These are detailed in the Franchise Disclosure Document.

Do I need prior entertainment industry experience?

No. We provide comprehensive training. What you need is business fundamentals, people management capability, and commitment to executing our playbook.

What training do you provide?

Complete training covering operations management, staff recruitment and development, customer service standards, safety and compliance, marketing execution, and financial management. This typically runs 4-6 weeks before opening.

Will you help with staff hiring?

We provide recruitment guidelines, role descriptions, and competency profiles. You handle hiring with our guidance.

How much time do I need to invest personally?

First year requires significant involvement. Plan 40-60 hours per week. As your management team strengthens, this can decrease to 30-40 hours. Many franchisees hire a general manager who handles day-to-day operations.

What support do I get after opening?

Ongoing operational support, quarterly business reviews, marketing guidance, staff training updates, continuous improvement recommendations, and access to other franchisees for peer learning.

Do you help with marketing?

Yes. We provide the digital marketing playbook, system setup, and execution guidance. You implement or hire someone to execute.

What if I need help with something not covered in training?

We have a 24/7 support line for operational issues. For strategic questions, you have regular check-ins with your franchise support person.

Do I get exclusive territory rights?

Yes. Your franchise agreement grants exclusive rights within your defined territory. We won't place another Altitude Arena in your exclusive area.

Can I open multiple locations?

Yes. If you're successful and want to expand, we support multi-unit franchisees. This is outlined in our franchise agreement.

What if I want to relocate within my territory?

Territory agreement allows some flexibility for relocation depending on specific circumstances. Discuss this during franchise development.

Can I change my location after signing?

You can't arbitrarily move, but if circumstances significantly change and a better location becomes available in your territory, we discuss possibilities.
