Membership FAQs

Where can I purchase a membership?

Memberships can be purchased in-park or online.

What is included in the membership?

The membership program starts at only $10 per month per jumper. The program includes daily jump time, exclusive access to membership-only perks, and discounted on special passes, birthday parties, and more! *Prices and inclusions vary per location.

How do I manage my membership?

To cancel your Membership, you can visit or call your park. You may also cancel online by visiting our website, selecting your park location, clicking “Membership,” then “Manage Membership.” Log in or create an account using the phone number or email associated with your membership, click “My Tickets,” and select “Manage.” Cancellation policies vary by location. Contact your park for more information.

Is there an activation fee? How do I activate my membership?

There is a one-time, $10 activation fee per membership. To activate a membership legal guardian or parent will need to fill out the Membership Agreement, sign a waiver, present a government issued photo ID and place a form of payment on file.

Why do I see multiple billing attempts?

Each month your card on file will be charged. If the first attempt is not successful a second attempt will be made 2 days later. Unless the membership is actively cancelled, several charge attempts will be made throughout the month.
